Dr Victor Thompson is a London-based Clinical Sports Psychologist, with 20 years of experience of working with athletes of all ages to get more from life and sport. Additionally, as a trained Clinical Psychologist, with 20 years in the NHS assessing and treating people with common mental health problems, Victor brings this expertise to help sports people. He also works with more sports-specific problems which relate to emotional regulation, over-exercising, body image, coping with injury, and negative team dynamics. The majority of his clients are keen amateurs. Victor is also an accomplished age group triathlete, having completed regularly, including the ITU Triathlon World Championships, since the 1990s.
