Paul Carlos is the founder of Sacred Spiral Yoga, which is accredited with Yoga Alliance International. His interest and study of movement began around 40 years back when he enrolled with the BKS Iyengar school and International Tai Ji society. Paul went on to work with a number of teachers across the disciplines of Qi Gong, Tai Ji, yoga, classical guitar and sacred music. Paul has experience teaching individuals, groups, retreats, workshops, and has an accredited teacher training programme. He currently teaches on the popular app Insight Timer, that boasts having around 30 million people using the platform. Paul lives and works at Emoyeni Buddhist Retreat in South Africa.
