Hydration is vital for health and athletic performance, yet it’s often overlooked compared to carbohydrates for energy, protein for recovery, or even electrolytes to replace losses. We often forget to consider fluid intake for optimal performance. What makes a good sports drink, and is there a perfect one? How much fluid should you consume during exercise? What’s the best way to rehydrate after exercise? How does hydration differ in cold weather?
Whether in summer or winter sports, proper hydration is key to unlocking your full athletic potential. This webinar explores the role of fluids in sports performance, offering practical insights through case studies. You’ll learn how to choose the right sports drink, develop an effective hydration strategy, and avoid common hydration mistakes to optimise your performance.
