Kirsten Cameron, MSc, BA Hons, BBS, Dip ION – Kirsten is a BANT and CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist currently completing a second MSc in Nutrition in Practice at Leeds Beckett University. A recent graduate of CISN, Kirsten is currently based in Eindhoven in the Netherlands but is also available online anywhere in the world. Kirsten is a former representative swimmer for NZ and can still be found most days ploughing up and down a pool or lake, or will be in the sea – feeding plans for training and racing are pretty familiar to her! Kirsten specialises in helping endurance athletes with fatigue and energy management. She is also a coach at PSV swim club in Eindhoven and offers private swim sessions and training programme writing as well.
