Usamah Faheem graduated from The University of Glasgow in 2017 with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Human Biology. He is currently working in the private sector as an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Physiologist – where he advocates the benefits of living a healthy balanced lifestyle alongside working in a stressful environment. As a fitness and health enthusiast, Usamah enjoys keeping up to date with current research and attends regular CPD courses – most recently completing the thought-provoking Certificate of Integrative Sports Nutrition. He has, recently taken up a passion for long-distance cycling and is interested in optimising his training sessions via trialing new nutritional strategies to aid his performance and recovery.
