About Vanessa Buchheim

Vanessa Buchheim is a BANT-registered nutritional therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Greenwich. She holds a Certificate in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from the Centre for Integrative Sports and Exercise Nutrition (CISN) and is an accredited Monash University FODMAP practitioner for IBS management. Currently, she is furthering her expertise through the Level 7 Diploma at the CISN.
Originally from Brazil and now consulting with clients around the world, Vanesa combines her knowledge of evidence-based nutrition with a passion for her cultural roots. Her areas of specialisation include digestive health, performance-focused nutrition, and strategies for healthy ageing and longevity.
