
Henrietta Paxton MSc mBANT is a specialist lecturer on the CISN module Health And Physical Success Of Female Athletes.
She is a former international pole vaulter, two times Commonwealth Games representative, and Scottish record holder. Her personal experiences over a 20-year international career, including recovering from major injuries and depression, gives her a deep understanding of the huge potential good that nutrition holds, to make life changing differences in health and performance. Years of training, alongside an MSc in Personalised Nutrition, a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma, and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science means that Henrietta has a robust understanding of both the science and daily demands of sport and the interpretation of evidence-based nutrition for individual athletes.
Henrietta has a enormous passion for spreading her love of real food, and its incredible power to nourish the astonishing instrument that is the human body.
