Our portfolio of online sports nutrition courses have been designed to meet the needs of all integrative thinkers regardless of where they are on their journey.
The way we have structured our courses and modules through ‘dynamic learning’ means that each course can be studied in modular bite-sized chunks, fitting into the life of even the busiest working professional.
Our short course provides a great introduction to integrative sports nutrition, and is taught over four weeks. It is ideal for final-year students or newly qualified practitioners who wish to develop their knowledge in integrative sports nutrition, and incorporate the ethos that ‘health feeds performance’ into their thinking.
Our certificate course is aimed at those with a diploma or a degree, or relevant industry experience, who wish to take a deeper dive into the world of integrative sports nutrition. It is made up of two long base units and two shorter specialty units, which link together to form the Certificate of Integrative Sports Nutrition.
Our Level 7 diploma is an internationally accredited course and is equivalent to a postgraduate diploma, which can potentially lead onto a masters degree. It is made up of two long base units, four shorter specialty units, a case studies and mentoring study programme, and a capstone research project.
Additionally, any of our specialty modules can be studied for purposes of continuing professional development (CPD) or continuing educational units (CEUs). Simply select the module you’d like to study and contact us to register your interest.

Who's is it for?
Our portfolio of online sports nutrition courses and modules are aimed at degree and diploma holders plus final-year students, ideally within the nutrition and/or exercise fields. However, acknowledging the fact that many great practitioners are not degree qualified, we also accept applications from individuals who can demonstrate a portfolio of sufficient prior knowledge and experience. Practitioner experience is a bonus in our programmes, but not a necessity.
Course attendees who are already functionally trained (such as nutritional therapists and functional medicine practitioners) will receive applied training within a sporting context.
Individuals who are already trained in a sporting context (such as sports dieticians and sports scientists) will get the opportunity to apply their existing knowledge within an applied integrative body systems perspective.
All course participants will have plenty of opportunity to develop their practitioner skills.
